Patrick PattersonPF, Los Angeles ClippersPatrick Patterson went for 17 points and 14 rebounds on Friday in the win over the Thunder.
Patterson picked up 39 minutes of action with the Clippers resting all of Paul George, Kawhi Leonard, Lou Williams and Marcus Morris Sr. Most of the teams across the league were doing that the last few days, which is to be expected with all the playoff seeds now determined.
