Alex Caruso is suffering from neck spasms, which have him questionable to face the Heat this Saturday.

Like everyone else on the Lakers, Caruso could miss a game here or there down the stretch. He sat out on Thursday so he has a fair chance to return on Saturday, but don't just pencil him into your lineup. Do your homework and double-check things on Saturday.
