Monte MorrisPG, Denver NuggetsMonte Morris drew the start with Jamal Murray (left hamstring tightness) out on Wednesday, scoring 19 points on 8-of-13 shooting with four assists, one steal and zero turnovers in 35 minutes.
Morris is a great backup point guard and has a 5.0 assist to turnover ratio on the season, earning him the number 2 spot in that stat for the second straight season. Morris will continue to fill in as the starting point guard until Jamal Murray returns, which could be as soon as Thursday vs. the Blazers. Morris is worth streaming in standard leagues when he's starting and can be worth rostering in 16-team leagues when he's coming off the bench for his assists and low turnovers.
