Isaac BongaPG, Washington WizardsIsaac Bonga (groin contusion) started on Friday for the Wizards and played 22 minutes, making 2-of-6 FG for nine points, four boards and a steal in a 125-112 loss to the Suns.
Still just 20-years-old, Bonga carved out a small role for the Wizards in 2019-20, averaging 4.6 PTS in 17.7 MPG. He needs plenty of seasoning but is obviously very talented, especially as a rebounder. This will be a good little stretch for head coach Scott Brooks and the rest of the Wizards regime to see what Bonga is made of. He should get ample opportunities to play.
