Anfernee Simons (concussion) is being listed as available to play against the Pelicans on Tuesday.

Simons has shown flashes, but not enough to warrant fantasy consideration outside of deep leagues. He is a player to watch in case the Blazers guard rotation take a hit, but can otherwise be left on the waiver wire.
