• With just three weeks left in the season, in most fantasy leagues, the ratio categories are usually the closest and provide the best opportunity to gain points. I will look at three starting pitchers who have had good ratios recently and could help your fantasy team pick up crucial points down the stretch.

Matthew Boyd, SP, Guardians (33% rostered on CBS)

Boyd (left elbow surgery) has made five starts since coming off the injured list on August 13 and has been lights out in four of the five starts, the lone blip three earned runs against the Yankees. He has given up one earned run in the four best starts, including one run against the Dodgers on September 6. He has thrown 28.2 innings, owns a 2.20 ERA, an impressive 0.77 WHIP and has a 26:5 K:BB ratio. His next scheduled start should be a favorable one against the White Sox. With that WHIP and a start against the hapless White Sox, he would be a great addition in all formats.
