In 13 home starts this season, Tyler Mahle has a 6.09 ERA with a 1.50 WHIP with 10 of those starts having the total go over 9. Add to that the Reds are a very good hitting team at home with the 4th best OPS (.800) in MLB, and still in the Wild Card hunt. Great American Ball Park has been known to give up runs in bunches and with two weak bullpens supporting very average starters, I’m leaning to the Over 9.
