Boston Red Sox @ Tampa Bay Rays

The Red Sox were able to put away the Yankees and will now face another divisional foe in the Rays. These teams have deep lineups and are capable of scoring in bunches. One player that stands out today is Randy Arozarena. The Rays left fielder broke out in last year’s magical run to the World Series, hitting 10 home runs in 20 games with a 1.273 OPS. While I’m not expecting those numbers to repeat in 2021, Arozarena is capable of building off of his success from last October. He led the Rays in hits (145) and batting average (.274) and collected 17 hits in 15 games against Boston this season. Arozarena is 4-for-11 lifetime against Eduardo Rodriguez and hit over .300 against lefties during the regular season. For these reasons, I’m expecting Arozarena to make an impact tonight.
