The North Carolina Tar Heels will enter this game coming off of an emotional shootout victory 58-55 over undefeated Wake Forest to hand the Demon Deacons their first loss of the season. The Pittsburgh Panthers handled business last week 54-29 against Duke. I think this is a letdown spot for UNC especially on a short week. The Tar Heels are 0-3 on the road this season and have lost all away games by a touchdown or more. UNC will face a much tougher task this week against the Panthers defense with a great pass rush and stellar run defense. Pitts defense is holding opponents to 24.6 points per game which ranks them 50th in the country. The Tar Heels defense is giving up an average of 33.44 points per game and will have their hands full against a Panthers offense scoring 45 points per game. The Panthers are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games following a win of more than 20 points. North Carolina is 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games following a straight up win and 2-4 ATS in their last 6 games.
