Oregon State had a tough start to the season, especially at home but seem to have turned things around slightly.  They come in losing three straight but were competitive in all three against the strength of the PAC 12 in Oregon, USC, and UCLA.  Washington has been inconsistent all season and have won their last two but are 1-2 in their PAC 12 road games so far.  I think this line is at one possession because the market is still factoring in OSU’s terrible start so I’m happy to take the home Beavers laying this short line.
