The return of the draft season doesn’t just mean drafting new teams. For dynasty league managers (and maybe some keeper league managers), it means it is First-Year Player Draft season. It’s time to sort through the 2024 MLB First-Year Player Draft and the January International Free Agent class and draft the stars of tomorrow.

Below I have curated a list of who I think are the top 100 eligible players for the draft. I have excluded any NPB or KBO players that were signed outside of the international free agent budget (Hyesong Kim and Tomoyuki Sugano).
