Davis BertansF, Washington WizardsDavis Bertans' five-year, $80 million contract with the Wizards is now official.
The Wizards said that keeping Bertans was priority No. 1 and they sure acted like it, opening up the wallet for the Latvian sharpshooter after a breakout campaign. Despite making just four starts last season, Bertans averaged 15.4 points, 1.7 assists, 4.5 rebounds and 3.7 threes per game and returned comfortable middle-round fantasy value. It'll be interesting to see the impact that a healthy John Wall and Rui Hachimura have on those numbers, but Bertans' shooting is a huge part of the team's offense.
