The Warriors have formally announced the acquisition of Kelly Oubre on Sunday.

Oubre comes to the Warriors due to a trade exception that the franchise had that was set to expire in the coming days. He'll be a welcomed addition after the team lost Klay Thompson (torn Achilles) for the year. The Warriors are sending back a heavily protected first-round pick in exchange that could turn into two second-round picks if it is not conveyed.
