The Celtics are reportedly positioning themselves to move up in next week's draft in order to select guard Isaac Okoro out of Auburn.

Okoro, a 6-foot-6 wing who is almost a surefire lottery pick, has received rave reviews for his defensive prowess since teams shifted their focus to the draft. He is a bit offensively challenged and some teams are said to be wary he may never develop a serviceable jumper. Regardless of the team that chooses him, Okoro offers supreme athleticism and the ability to guard almost anybody on the floor. He fits the mold of players recently drafted and developed by Danny Ainge and the current Celtics front office (think Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, Terry Rozier), so an Okoro selection via a draft day trade by the Celtics would not be shocking. Where there's smoke, there's usually fire.
