Pascal SiakamPF, Toronto RaptorsThe Raptors will be the first team scheduled to arrive in Orlando to kick off the league's six-stage proposal to resume play.
The Raptors are the only team that has to travel across an international border to get to the location to resume the season (Orlando), so commissioner Adam Silver is making sure that he brings them to Florida first. There has been some doubt as to the team's ability to return to action using the same procedures as the other 29 teams due to the fact that they play their home games in Canada so it makes sense for the NBA to plan ahead. Shams Charania is reporting that players will have until June 24 to decide whether or not the will take part in the league's restart plan. More decisions will continue trickling down in the coming weeks.
