Mike Brown recently interviewed for the head coaching position with the Clippers, making a strong impression on those involved, per Marc Stein.

While there has been no formal indication as to who the Clippers are going to go with, Brown has clearly put himself in the running for the recently vacated head coaching position. Ty Lue had been viewed as the early favorite to secure the role after management opted to part ways with Doc Rivers. Both Brown and Lue have previous head coaching experience and would bring a wealth of experience to the role. Stay tuned for further updates over the coming weeks.
