Norman Powell

Norman Powell (left shoulder subluxation) is available to play during Sunday's game versus the Spurs.

The Raptors will getting both Powell and Pascal Siakam back for tonight's game. Fred VanVleet is expected to miss some time and if Powell is still floating around on waivers he is worth to pick up as he ramps back up to his usual allotment of minutes.
