Norman Powell (left shoulder subluxation) will not play in Wednesday's game vs. the Hornets.

Powell will miss his eleventh consecutive game on Wednesday. With Fred VanVleet ruled out as well, the Raptors could have some interesting DFS appeal on Wednesday's nine-game card.
