Norman Powell (left ankle sprain) declared himself fully healthy and ready for game action if play resumes.

Powell's injury was not considered too serious after he sustained it on March 9, so this isn't surprising. He has averaged 16.4 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 1.8 assists while shooting 39.8 percent from deep.
