The NBA has suspended Giannis Antetokounmpo for the altercation with Mo Wagner in Tuesday's contest and will sit out of Thursday's season finale against the Grizzlies.

The Bucks have the No. 1 seed locked up and may have chosen to rest Giannis anyways in preparation for the NBA Playoffs. This is good news for the Grizzlies, who are hoping to win tomorrow's contest in order to have a chance at the postseason. Ersan Ilyasova could return some value with Giannis sidelined.
