• Luka Doncic
    PG-SF, Dallas Mavericks

An MRI on Luka Doncic's right ankle revealed a sprain that has been described as "moderate" and "manageable," with Brad Townsend of the Dallas Morning News hearing that Doncic is expected to miss "two weeks, give or take."

Doncic missed four games earlier in the season after suffering a sprain to the same ankle, and right now this feels like a bullet dodged for everyone. You shouldn't expect him to play in the next week at minimum, but it's possible he returns to the court before the All-Star break — Dallas has eight games left. Look for more Jalen Brunson, Delon Wright, Seth Curry and JJ Barea in the interim, with Dorian Finney-Smith and Maxi Kleber also seeing additional minutes at the forward spots. Brunson was the big winner last time and looks like the best short-term add here, though Wright and Kleber should already be rostered in just about all formats.
