Marc Gasol (hamstring strain) and Norman Powell (shoulder subluxation) are being ruled out for Thursday's matchup with the Heat.

Coach Nick Nurse said that the two were able to get on the court, but it didn't sound like they did much and are still a ways away from returning. Patrick McCaw has recently slid into the starting small forward spot, while Serge Ibaka has been a top-80/100 player in 8/9 cat leagues over the past two weeks as the Raptors starting C.
