Kyrie Irving (right shoulder impingement) is being ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Thunder.

We are just doing our due diligence on this one, as Irving is nowhere near returning. Owners have to bite the bullet at this point, with surgery being a real possibility. It's worth it to throw out some offers in hopes someone is willing to take a chance.
