Erik Spoelstra said on Tuesday that Justise Winslow (back) will not play in Wednesday's game against the Spurs and that there is no update on the injury.

Winslow's hot opening week has quickly turned into a nightmare season as he's missed 28 games dealing with injuries. He made it through only 15 minutes of action in his return on January 8th before suffering a setback, so there is no real certainty as to when he will get back on the court. The Heat should provide an update soon.
