Jalen Brunson, who is still recovering from surgery to repair a torn labrum, recently said in an interview that a return to action if the 2019-20 season is extended has been ruled out.

Brunson goes on to say that his timeline is more aligned with making a return for next season's camp, He has been rehabbing at home but has kept in close contact with family and teammates via video calls and chats. Brunson is expected to be ready for a full load come 2020-21.
