Frank Ntilikina (sore groin) has been downgraded to out ahead of Thursday’s game vs. the Sixers.

Ntilikina is second on the depth chart behind Elfrid Payton. Frank would need to play starter-level minutes in order to enter the standard league conversation. For now, he is a low-end defensive-specialist handcuff.
