Dwight HowardC, Los Angeles LakersThe Lakers will not have Dwight Howard (sore right knee) available for Wednesday's matchup against the Thunder.
Howard was a late addition to the injury report on Wednesday morning before ultimately being ruled out of the front end of the team's back-to-back. JaVale McGee will likely see some additional minutes while Anthony Davis will be asked to play more at center. They are playing against a formidable frontline of Steven Adams and Nerlens Noel on Wednesday but Anthony Davis is as matchup-proof as there is in the league and should be in for a big night. We should learn more about the severity of Howard's injury based on his availability for the second half of their back-to-back on Thursday vs. his former team, the Rockets.
