Dion WaitersSG, Los Angeles LakersDion Waiters is doubtful for Game 1 on Friday vs. the Nuggets as he continues to nurse a sore left groin.
Waiters barely played in the Houston series even when healthy and is unlikely to have a large role moving forward for the Lakers. He provides a scoring punch off the bench but will have a hard time cracking the guard rotation at this point in the year.
