Donovan MitchellSG, Utah JazzDonovan Mitchell has agreed to a five-year maximum extension with the Jazz that will earn him $163 million.
That number could increase to $195 million if Mitchell meets the All-NBA criteria. This is one of the least surprising moves of the offseason after Mitchell took a serious superstar turn inside the bubble, putting the shorthanded Jazz on his back in a seven-game thriller with the Nuggets in the first round. He's Utah's franchise player and the Jazz are going to keep tweaking the roster to try and vault themselves into the tier of title contenders.
