According to Ian Begley of SNY, Tom Thibodeau is the favorite to become the next head coach of the Knicks.

It's almost a certainty that Mike Miller won't be brought back for next season,, and Leon Rose will look to bring in his own guy. Bagley mentioned that "several coaches and people with a vetted interest in Leon Rose's first coaching hire believe it will ultimately be Tom Thibodeau." Thibodeau, for his own right, expects to be a head coach somehwere next season, so there is smoke to this fire. Thibodeau isn't known for player development, so this will be quite an interesting pair for a team in the midst of a rebuild. If anything, Thibodeau loves defense and to ride his ponies into the ground, so Mitchell Robinson may be unleashed right off the bat if Thibs were to get the gig.
