The Rockets will be re-opening their facilities on Monday, per GM Daryl Morey.

It had been reported that May 18 was the target date over a week ago, and things ended up meeting that timeline. The Rockets will make their practice spaces open for voluntary workouts, though the league's overarching guidelines re social distancing will still be in place. There are still plenty of obstacles but getting players back into gyms, even in a limited capacity, is a first step for most teams.
