James Wiseman

C, Golden State Warriors

The Warriors have selected James Wiseman No. 2 overall in the 2020 NBA Draft.

The top three picks were rounding out to be some combination of Anthony Edwards, James Wiseman and LaMelo Ball and the Warriors have made their selection of Wiseman. Wiseman has all of the tools to succeed in the NBA and many consider him to have a high floor, but also a lower ceiling than most prospects. He'll join a team with a former MVP in his prime, but some uncertainty around Klay Thompson's leg injury mean he may have a bigger role than expected next season.
