The Knicks are still targeting Christian Wood in free agency, per Ian Begley of SNY.

Wood blossomed into a fantasy stud once the Pistons traded Andre Drummond, and the Knicks were one of several teams to keep a close eye on the 25-year-old last season. The Pistons would reportedly like to bring Wood back but it's unclear if they're willing to be the top bidder if Wood's market heats up. The Knicks don't seem like a great landing spot given their depth up front, but Bobby Portis is on a team option and Taj Gibson has just $1 million of his salary guaranteed for next season, so they could clear the deck if need be.
