James Wiseman

The Warriors officially announced the signings of both James Wiseman and Nico Mannion on Thursday.

Wiseman was selected with the second overall pick in the recent NBA draft, making his signing a mere formality. He will be battling with Marquese Chriss and Kevon Looney for minutes at the center spot, although he is the favored starter at this point. While it won't be all clear sailing for the rookie, he should be able to flirt with mid-round value thanks to his upside in rebounds and blocks. Mannion has signed a two-way contract and is far from a guarantee to even be in the rotation. He will likely further his craft in the G-League, making him a non-factor in fantasy formats.
