Troy CaupainPG, Portland Trail BlazersTroy Caupain has signed with Ratiopharm Ulm in Germany.
After making four appearances for the Magic in 2018-19, Caupain could not make an NBA squad this season after Summer League with the Wizards and preseason with the Blazers. Since then, he has played in Israel, Belgium and will now transition to Germany. He is still only 24 years old and may not be done with the NBA just yet.
