Stanley JohnsonSF, Toronto RaptorsStanley Johnson scored a season-high 23 points in Friday's 117-109 win over the Nuggets, going 9-of-16 from the field while also producing four rebounds, six assists, a steal, a block and four 3-pointers.
Johnson was barely in the rotation during the regular season but looks like a far more confident player in the bubble. This was a big game following up Wednesday's outing where Johnson hit the game-winning shot against the Sixers, and while it's unlikely to put him in the postseason rotation it should do wonders for his confidence. It's not hard to improve upon a regular season where he averaged 4.8 mpg, but Johnson took full advantage of his opportunity today.
