Russell Westbrook (quad) saw a minutes increase to 32 on Friday and was able to put up an aggressive effort, finishing the night with 24 points (10-of-24 FG, 3-of-6 FT), nine rebounds, six assists, one 3-pointer and one steal.

Westbrook constantly attacked the basket and it was a good thing he didn't get fouled too much as he was rather disappointing at the line. At the end of the day, he was what he needed to be and that was to be another threat on the offensive end that the Laker defense needed to contain aside from James Harden. As long as he continues on this track, Brodie and the Beard will be a major thorn in the side of the Lakers throughout this series.
