The Raptors cruised to a 140-111 win over the Wizards on Friday, led by 28 points, five rebounds, two assists, three steals, a block and four 3-pointers from Norman Powell.

Powell now has 10 games of 20-plus points this season, including three in a row after missing almost a month because of a shoulder dislocation. He's worth starting in all leagues until further notice, and he's playing so well that even the return of Fred VanVleet doesn't figure to affect him all that much.
