Norman PowellSF, Toronto RaptorsAfter a disappointing Game 1, Norman Powell responded in a big way in Wednesday's victory, finishing with 24 points (11-of-17) six rebounds, two assists, one steal and one trifecta in 33 minutes off the bench.
Powell tied Fred VanVleet for the game-high in points and was far more efficient from the field. The only area in which he struggled was from distance (1-of-7) as he did not miss a single 2-pointer. Powell was by far the most effective bench player while Serge Ibaka was the only other player who saw significant minutes off the pine. In 26 minutes, Ibaka had eight points, six rebounds, one assist and one block. The Raptors appear to be running with a seven-man rotation with Powell and Ibaka as the key players off the bench.
