The Nuggets only had one guard for Wednesday's scrimmage so Nikola Jokić filled in as the starting point guard and struggled with seven assists and eight turnovers.

Jokić was able to get to the free throw line eight times and nailed all of his attempts to finish the game with 16 points (3-of-5 FG, 2-of-2 3PM), seven rebounds and one steal. The eight turnovers was most likely a result of the team's lack of depth at the guard position, a problem that will no longer exist when the team starts playing meaningful games.
