Nerlens Noel headed to the locker room on Wednesday vs. the Pistons.

Noel left the game after contesting a dunk by Christian Wood. Steven Adams would see a boost if Noel isn't able to return and Mike Muscala would likely see more minutes, but he is only a streaming option in deeper leagues if Noel misses time.
