Nerlens Noel rolled his ankle in a bad way and headed to the locker room after staying on the floor for a bit on Saturday.

Ouch. It was a nasty roll, so it would be surprising if he returns to the game. Darius Bazley should be up for minutes if he's unable to make it back.
