Michael Porter Jr.PF, Denver NuggetsMichael Porter Jr. was in the starting lineup for the Nuggets on Monday but slowed down on the offensive end, tallying 13 points on 5-of-13 shooting to go with eight rebounds, one assist and one block in 31 minutes.
Porter remained in the opening five for the Nuggets as both Gary Harris (hip) and Will Barton (knee) continue to be ruled out. After a strong showing during the seeding period, Porter slowed a little in the victory and failed to see any action during the overtime period. This is all a part of the learning curve for Porter and he should be better for the experience.
