• Marcus Morris
    PF, Los Angeles Clippers

Marcus Morris Sr. hit three treys (3-for-6 3PT) on Friday evening in a loss to the Nuggets, finishing with 12 points, seven boards and two assists.

Morris logged the most minutes he has in a single game in the bubble thus far, including both the playoffs and the seeding games. It was not surprising to look up and see Morris getting into an altercation with multiple members of the Nuggets after a play, either, as being a bully has become one of his better-known traits across the league. He wound up with a technical foul after a run-in with Nuggets forward Paul Millsap. Morris went 4-for-10 from the field, right around his season average of 43-percent, so he wasn't particularly good or bad on that front on Friday. In fact, Morris was definitely one of the most productive role players for the Clippers on Friday as Lou Williams (four points) and Montrezl Harrell (six points) both struggled. That resulted in a glimmer of hope for the Nuggets, who pulled out the victory and will look to avoid elimination once again on Sunday in Game 6.
