• LeBron James
    SF, Los Angeles Lakers

LeBron James (sore right groin) is in the starting lineup for the Lakers in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals vs. the Nuggets on Tuesday evening.

As NBA fans have become accustomed to, James almost always plays even though he is almost always listed as probable on the injury report (and he would 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 miss a playoff game, either). The Lakers are obviously aware of his usage but wouldn't dare rule out the game's most iconic player at this stage of the playoffs. Frank Vogel apparently gave some thought to changing the starting lineup but ultimately will stick with the same lineup they've deployed in Games 1 and 2 – James along with Anthony Davis, Danny Green, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and JaVale McGee. The Lakers are attempting to take a 3-0 stranglehold on the series with a victory over the Nuggets on Tuesday. LeBron will be out there.
