John Wall (Achillies) reiterated that he will not play for the Wizards this season, even if the 2019-20 season were to resume.

While some players have been able to return to health during the COVID-19 shutdown, it appears that Wall will not be seizing the opportunity to return for this season's action. His conditioning is not where he wants it to be, and being on quarantine will make it impossible for Wall to ramp up to live scrimmages for the time being. During the 2020-21 campaign Wall will be one of the riskiest selections on draft day as he looks to return from an Achilles injury that has kept him out for the last 14 months.
