Jamal MurrayPG, Denver NuggetsJamal Murray netted 26 points (9-of-25 FG) on Friday as the Nuggets staved off elimination, adding in eight rebounds and seven assists to lead his team to victory over the Clippers.
Murray's 26 points paced the Nuggets, who pushed the series to a 3-2 Clippers' advantage. He played just about 40 minutes. trailing only Nikola Jokic and Paul George for the game-high. The Nuggets have lived to see another game (Game 6 is on Sunday). Murray was particularly effective from beyond the arc down the stretch on Friday evening and finished the evening a stellar 5-for-7 from deep. If the Nuggets are able to pull off another win on Sunday, all bets are off in a potential Game 7.
