Elie Okobo practiced on Monday after a delayed arrival in Orlando due to personal reasons.

Okobo arrived in Orlando on Sunday and was able to practice with the team on Monday. He is going to be battling for backup PG minutes and given what we have seen thus far from Okobo, there is little reason to think he will have any real fantasy value.
