Christian Wood turned 21 minutes off the bench into 20 points (5-8 FG, 10-11 FT), eight rebounds, an assist and two steals on Wednesday.

Wood can put up strong numbers when he is on the court. It's just had to get a sense of how the Pistons want to use their players at this point. As an example, Sekou Doumbouya was the starter, but was scoreless in only eight minutes of action. It's hard to say how the season will go for either of these players at this point.
