Buddy Hield spoke to the media for the first time in the Orlando bubble on Thursday and responded to a question about his role with the team by saying "you guys know me…you know how I feel, y'all can read me well."

It appears that Buddy Hield was disappointed with his role as the season drew to a close. He started for the first 44 games before Luke Walton decided to bench Hield in favor of Bogdan Bogdanović. Bogdanović is a restricted free agent and it would be surprising to see both of them return to the Kings next season. The question they have to decide is whether they would prefer to trade Hield, who is under contract for four seasons and $94M, or find a parter to do a sign-and-trade with Bogdanović. It will be an interesting offseason in Sacramento to be sure.
